After a few days in Havana, we took to the country and went on an excursion to the Viñales Valley!

The second day of our stay in Havana was a busy one; art, architecture, history and views. We did it all!
We visited Cuba last week - spending most of our time in Havana, with a day trip to the Viñales Valley, as well as the weekend in Varadero. It was a fascinating, eye-opening, and awesome experience.
After staying in Bath for a week, we finished off our visit to the UK by going to London to check out some sights and hang out with some friends!
We spent the past week in Bath for Christmas with Luke's family, and checked out some of the sights nearby!
On Saturday we dressed up and participated in the Mummers Parade in St. John's!
On Sunday we participated in the Mummers Festival's Ugly Stick Workshop with Elizabeth's parents!
This past Saturday we ventured all the way to Mount Pearl and Paradise to visit Admiralty House Museum and Nourish - a gluten-free bakery!
On Friday afternoon we were trying to figure out what to do for our Something Saturday, and then we found out about Spirit Song: A "fundraising gala showcasing aboriginal talent such as drummers, singers, dancers and throat singers". We were immediately intrigued.
We spent the Thanksgiving weekend in Halifax visiting Elizabeth's sister, Rebecca! And in true Something Saturday fashion, we saw a variety of things and tried to take in as much as we could during our 3 days there (including: riding Segways).
