Last Saturday, Elizabeth was supposed to be participating in a work golf tournament so when the tournament was cancelled due to rainfall from the day before, we knew we wanted to spend our day exploring instead. So, after a bit of Googling, Moore Park Ravine it was!

It was the May 24th long weekend this past weekend, so, on Friday evening after work we hopped on plane and made our way out East to visit Rebecca, Andy and Floyd in Saint John, New Brunswick!
This weekend we once again made use of our ROM memberships, as we headed along to their brand new exhibit on blue whales.
This past weekend was a long one in Ontario so we wanted to get out of the city, and what better way than to escape to the Toronto Islands!
This year we spent our Christmas holidays in the UK with Luke's family and friends. It was 10 days of fun, festivities, food and - of course - we explored a few new places!
With the snow falling and winter seemingly in full swing, we ventured to Evergreen Brick Works to explore their Winter Village.
This past Saturday we finally took advantage of Bike Share Toronto and rode a couple of rented bikes along Toronto's Waterfront Trail!
This weekend Luke’s parents were around so we ended up doing lots of new things, like joining the crowds at the Taste of the Danforth food festival, and teaching Elizabeth how to hit a golf ball at the driving range. The real highlight of the weekend, though, was our trip to Toronto Zoo.
On Saturday, we took our first trip outside of the city this summer (other than our brief trip to Newfoundland), and visited the picturesque Elora Gorge!
Last weekend involved a whirlwind trip back to Newfoundland for Elizabeth’s cousin (Sarah)’s wedding. With a mere 60 hours on the island, we had a fun weekend with family and enjoyed the Central Newfoundland sunshine!
