On Saturday, we took our first trip outside of the city this summer (other than our brief trip to Newfoundland), and visited the picturesque Elora Gorge!

Toronto seems to have an endless stream of free festivals running throughout the year. This weekend was the Jazz Festival Streetfest, so we headed back out to the Beaches neighbourhood to check it out.
Last weekend involved a whirlwind trip back to Newfoundland for Elizabeth’s cousin (Sarah)’s wedding. With a mere 60 hours on the island, we had a fun weekend with family and enjoyed the Central Newfoundland sunshine!
Elizabeth had to spend most of the weekend at the office getting some work done, but on Sunday afternoon we managed to make it out to the ROM to check out a couple of temporary exhibits on tattoos and Chihuly.
We had another busy weekend with Elizabeth's family, scavenging for clues around U of T after dark and exploring the beauty that is High Park!
