This past Saturday we met up with Elizabeth's friend Katie, who is visiting from Alberta, went out for lunch, and then visited Lester's Farm Market to hang out with the animals (and buy some local veggies)!

On Saturday we had a pretty active day; Luke participated in Mud Immortal with some friends in the morning, and we hiked the Quidi Vidi portion of the East Coast Trail in the afternoon!  Quidi Vidi - East Coast Trail On Saturday, we ventured to the St. John's Farmer's Market. Although it has been around for a while, it was our first time visiting!  This Saturday was an Doors Open Day in St. Johns, with local museums and building opening their doors to the public for free. It was a great opportunity to check out some small museums, and explore some buildings that we otherwise wouldn't have access. 
We spent Labour Day weekend (+ Friday) in Montréal and tried to take in as much as possible during our short time there; we saw some sights, met up with some friends, and just enjoyed the city in general!
