With three additional people squeezed into our 1 bedroom apartment over Halloween weekend - visitors, zombies, and theme park rides were the most prominent parts of our most recent Something Saturday!

This weekend Luke was pretty busy representing Holland Bloorview at the Capital One Gift The Code Hackathon, but we still managed to get in a few hours of exploring another neighbourhood of Toronto. This time, we set out to Christie Station to visit Korea Town, where we enjoyed some tasty lunch, and toilet-themed desserts.  This past Saturday we finally took advantage of Bike Share Toronto and rode a couple of rented bikes along Toronto's Waterfront Trail!  This past weekend we were back in Newfoundland, mostly for the wedding of our best buddies Rebecca and Piers, but also to hang out with family for Thanksgiving festivities. We also managed to make a trip to The Rooms museum on Sunday, to see their latest exhibit commemorating the 100th anniversary of the massacre at Beaumont-Hamel during the First World War.  The Rooms. On Saturday, we stayed out late with the masses, wandering around the streets of downtown Toronto admiring the contemporary art exhibitions of Nuit Blanche!  Literature vs. Traffic |
