After arriving in London on Saturday and spending a couple of days there, we headed to Bath and then explored a bit of Bristol on Monday!

On Sunday we made Luke’s childhood Christmas dreams come true by putting together and decorating a gingerbread house! We were also hoping to participate in the Mummer’s Parade again this year, but Elizabeth was busy with other activities on Saturday. 
On Sunday, we went to Ocean Quest in CBS and got underwater photos taken with Santa Claus! Luke is familiar with SCUBA equipment so he enjoyed his time sitting on Santa’s knee, but for Elizabeth, it was quite the (slightly traumatic) experience.  Hangin' with Santa Luke's friend, Jon, came to visit St. John's during our first substantial snow of the year! On Saturday night we escaped the weather and had a fancy dinner at Bacalao, Nouvelle Newfoundland Cuisine.
