This weekend the Thimble Cottage heritage site at the O’Brien Family Farm was open for visitors as they held an event to raise money for the restoration of the farm. We decided to head up there to hang out with some famous Newfoundlanders, and take a stroll around the surrounding woods.  O'Brien Family Farm.

During the second half of our week back in the UK we set out on a couple of day trips to visit family and take in some sights in Wales and Salisbury!  Salisbury Cathedral We spent last week back in the UK seeing friends and family, as well as taking in a few new sights and a bit of the Rugby World Cup while we were at it!  The Royal Crescent, Bath On Saturday we finally got around to trying our hand at making our own Sushi. Since we’re such big fans of the stuff, it seemed to make sense to at least have a go!
