After a weekend in St. Louis, we enjoyed a long weekend back in Toronto watching curling as well as eating (and walking) our way around downtown!

Last Saturday we finally made it to one of the top tourist attractions in Toronto, the Hockey Hall of Fame!
This past Saturday we braved the cold and headed out to learn the basics of archery at Battle Sports Inc!
This past weekend we were back in Newfoundland, mostly for the wedding of our best buddies Rebecca and Piers, but also to hang out with family for Thanksgiving festivities. We also managed to make a trip to The Rooms museum on Sunday, to see their latest exhibit commemorating the 100th anniversary of the massacre at Beaumont-Hamel during the First World War.
Lately, it seems as if our weekends have been more outside of Toronto than in, and we continued that trend this past weekend by visiting Peter and Emily in Montreal! Elizabeth lived in Montreal for eight months and this was Luke’s third weekend trip to Montreal so we didn’t feel the need to see all of the top tourist attractions but, in saying that, we still managed to do quite a lot without really intending to.
On Saturday, we laced up our skates for the first time in 2016 and skated around to some tunes at Toronto's weekly DJ Skate Night!
Last Friday was Luke’s birthday and, really, what’s a birthday without a little surprise? So on Thursday night, Elizabeth brought an unsuspecting Luke to a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game!
