Luke was busy for most of the day today, and although we are going to do another bigger "Something" tomorrow, we did try something new today. We went to a vegetarian restaurant downtown for dinner that neither one of us had been to before. It was actually Luke's first vegetarian restaurant experience. Ever.
The Sprout Restaurant
We started off with the Artichoke Parmesan Dip with Sesame Rice Crackers, and the Kalamata Olives. Luke then had the Black Bean Burrito and and Elizabeth had the Falafel Platter with Tabbouleh. Tabbouleh is a salad that we had before in Morocco, so it was a tasty blast from the past. All of the food was great and Luke was pleasantly surprised by all of the vegetarian options out there. It was also great because they had lots of gluten-free options, which is convenient because Elizabeth has had to stop eating gluten.

Overall, both Luke and Elizabeth are giving the restaurant two thumbs up - for a total of four thumbs up! We'll definitely be back.
