Last weekend we spent a substantial amount of time at the Mattamy Athletic Centre, watching the Grand Slam of Curling Players’ Championship! To round out our busy weekend, we also wandered around the nearby Allan Gardens and stopped into The Second City for a lot of laughs.

This past weekend we thought we'd continue the Subway Saturday tradition by visiting a station that Luke stops at almost every week day but has never wandered around - Eglinton!
This weekend Elizabeth’s brother Peter, and his girlfriend, Emily, came all the way from Montréal to hang out with us on our long weekend, so we ended up trying out lots of new things! First stop, the Ontario Science Centre.

Elizabeth's Christmas present to Luke this year came in the form of a cocktail-making lesson, so on Saturday we headed down to College Street Bar to learn some new tricks and sample a few tasty recipes!
